The site design is produced by a professional Creative Designer (not a programmer with some creative flair). Based on a short questionnaire and the wire-frames produced by the Business Analyst, the Designer will produce a beautiful design, incorporate your feedback and finalise. This design is used by the user interface programmer to build the web-pages.
