How to log a support task

To log a support task for us to investigate please send an email to support@turtletechnology.com.

If you have more than one task to log, please send a separate email for each task.

You should include:

  • a meaningful subject
  • the description of the task in the body of the email, including a link to the webpage under review
  • screenshots as attachments (rather than embedding them in the email body)
  • any other files as attachments

You should receive a confirmation email with 15 minutes.


If you wish to add further information later, you can reply to the confirmation email. But you should:

  • leave the subject line untouched
  • remove the entire email body before writing your additional information.
